Made from hot red Jaranda peppers which are ground in the D.O.P. region of Extremadura and then smoked over oak fires creating the unmistakeable spicy smoky flavour.

A traditional seasoning in Spanish dishes from Paella to bean stews and casseroles. You could also use it as a garnish to houmus, pan fried meat or fish or even gently toasted Marcona almonds.
